Welcome to Warwick Hockey Association

Warwick Hockey Association aims to provide a family friendly atmosphere for children and adults to enjoy their hockey - whether it be as a player, spectator or both. We have a licensed bar, a fully stocked canteen and a viewing platform to enjoy the game from above.

Hockey is for all ages! The WHA season includes competitions to suit players, new or returning, at all ages over 4yrs old. Check out our website pages to explore what's on offer!

2020 Registration

Warwick Hockey Association is working with Hockey Qld to ready a new registration platform for 2020. Revolutionise is being adopted by associations all over Queensland. 
The new platform link for WHA will be announced and shared soon - stay tuned!

Congratulations to all players, volunteers, parents, sponsors and supporters on a fantastic season. Grand finals were held on Saturday 7th September. All players should be commended on their effort and great sportsmanship. Sadly, there can only be one winner in each competition but hopefully everyone enjoyed the journey to get to where they did throughout the season.

Vale Rex Baguley

It is with great sadness that I received news that our Warwick Hockey Association Patron, Rex Baguley, passed away on Saturday 24th August 2019.

Rex was a long term member of our Association and played a huge part in laying the foundation of where our Association is today. He was a very humble, quiet achiever and will be missed by many.

Rex played for Corinthians Club, represented Queensland as a Vets player, received a HQ Award of Merit, was the only Warwick person running in the Torch Relay for the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games, carried the torch for the 2000 Olympics and just last year, carried the baton in the Queen's Baton Relay for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

He was an incredible man and a true gentleman.
